General Terms and Conditions discuss the operation of the boldurs.com website, the user’s rights and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer. The website is managed by Urška Masten Bohmec. By using the website, the user or client agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of the website.
The BOLDURS strives for the accuracy of the said information and reserves the right to change. The possibility of typing errors is allowed. Photos on the website may be symbolic.
Any use of the content of the website and photos are permitted and only with the explicit consent of Urška Masten Bohmec can be used. All copyrights are reserved.
Terms of use of the website
You can use and reproduce content published on the bolders.com website for non-commercial purposes (but must retain all copyright notes) and have written permission for commercial purposes.
I am trying to make sure that all content is correct, but I do not assume any warranties of its accuracy and/or timeliness. Site content may change at any time without the obligation to inform users and not be liable for the consequences of any changes that may have been caused so far.
All content posted by users is published at your own risk. However, I reserve the right to delete content at any time (mainly due to offensive content). External links on the boldurs.com page are not under our control.
Any legal or natural person who took part in the creation and development of web pages boldurs.com is not liable for any damage resulting from access to, use or inability to use the information on the boldurs.com website, or for any errors or omissions in their content.
Privacy protection
By registering to a website, the user guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and ensures that only his or her authorized person will access the website with his username and password. At the same time, it agrees that the BOLDURS website shall process data for the purposes of business records, advertising, and customization of content to the user in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Personal data and contracts are kept for registration time on the website and are deleted by deleting the user’s account.

Conclusion of the contract
The sales contract is concluded between the buyer and the company that manages the website. The contract is concluded at the moment the buyer approves the order. The contract is concluded in the English language.
Online interior design service
SERVICE AGREEMENT
Service agreement is an agreement between BOLDURS, oblikovanje interierjev, Urška Masten Bohmec s.p., a company based in Slovenia and a client who is a citizen, a natural or legal person, of any country included in the European Union. This service agreement is considered as a contract between BOLDURS and a client.
A client is asked and must confirm that he/she agrees with the terms of business shortly before the payment is completed. A service agreement is part of the document Terms and conditions.
THE RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTIES
To receive our services a client needs internet access, ability to pay online, email and Adobe Acrobat Reader to view PDF files.
A client must have at least a basic knowledge of the English or Slovenian language (you must be able to read and write).
A client agrees that everything from placing an order, project development, to final product delivery and payment is done online.
Communication mostly takes place via email. If necessary, we may use additional means of communication by prior agreement.
A client can not receive our services until payment is visible on our account and until he/she provides all the necessary information (A client must send at least floor plan of the current situation. In order to ensure the quality of our services, it is highly advisable that the client also completes the questionnaire and sends photos of the spaces that are subject to the project).
A client must provide an exact floor plan of the current situation. BOLDURS is not responsible for the accuracy of the plans received. If it turns out (while the project is already in progress or after the project was closed) that the floorplan that the client has provided was not accurate, the client has the right to ask for changes and BOLDURS has the right to account for the additional costs incurred for the client’s fault.
A client must provide a floorplan in a dwg. file (AutoCAD), skp. file (Google SketchUp), PDF file, JPEG or other formats as long as the plan is clearly legible. The basic unit of measure is centimeter. The client has the right to request a floor plan in a unit of measure that is generally used in his/her country.
The client has the right to decide whether or not to complete the questionnaire.
The client has the right to choose how to give feedback on the proposed design solutions. The client also has the right to propose another way of providing information if none of the usual ones suits him/her. If the BOLDURS determines that the chosen method is not appropriate, BOLDURS has the right to refuse the feedback and request that the client gives feedback in a more appropriate way.
A client as a right to terminate the cooperation with BOLDURS while the project is already in progress. A proportional share is returned to a client in relation to the work already done. The amount of the refund is determined by BOLDURS. The client has no right to object.
A client and/or contractors must check all dimensions on the building.
All demolition work requires static consultation.
BOLDURS is ready for arrangements and adjustments. It is the client’s right and responsibility to consult BOLDURS first and foremost in the event of any inconvenience.
Every package has its estimated timeline. However, experience has shown, that the timeline highly depends on how quickly a client provides information needed for the design process and how quickly the client responds to proposed design solutions and questions that may arise during the project. The timeframe also depends on the scope of a project and on current demand. Due to the specified reasons, the estimated timeline for Basic, Standard and Advanced packages does not in any way oblige the company to fulfill its obligations within that time. However, the company must fulfill its obligations under the contract as soon as possible.
If a client orders Express 96h package and do not get the solution within the promised time, at the end of the project BOLDURS must account for the 1% discount for each extra hour (above 96 hours). However, time only starts running when payment is visible in the company’s account and when a client provides all the necessary information (A client must send at least a floor plan of the current situation. In order to ensure the quality of services, it is highly advisable that the client also completes the questionnaire and sends photos of the spaces that are subject to the project. Time stops at the moment we send you design solutions and starts running again the moment we receive your feedback.
BOLDURS reserves the right to reject the Express 96h project if it is known in advance that it can not be fulfilled within the promised time.
BOLDURS is not responsible for the improper implementation of proposed solutions. A client can choose between four packages of different content sizes and prices. The content of packages, reference cases, estimated timeline, and prices are available at www.boldurs.com/services by clicking get “name of the package”.
The Basic and Standard packages can be upgraded, but due to additional procedures, BOLDURS reserves the right to charge any additional costs resulting from the upgrade. The client has the right to reject the upgrade offer without explanation.
BOLDURS reserves the right to change the content and prices of packages at any time without notice. The customer who has already ordered and paid for the package is justified to the same price as when purchasing the service.
BOLDURS may also give a special offer for packages or an offer for services that are not subject to any package but are within the area of expertise.
BOLDURS will keep all the files related to the project for at least one year (twelve months) from the start of the project (ie. date of payment). A client has the right to request the resubmission of all materials that were created during the project at any time during this period.
BOLDURS will use and keep all the information obtained in the design process in accordance with BOLDURS’s Privacy Policy.
Prices
The published prices apply to all customers. All prices are in euros (EUR) and are vat free (I am not liable for VAT). We reserve the right to change prices. The revised prices apply to purchases up to the moment of the conclusion of a contract between the buyer and the company that manages the site.
Payment method
You can pay on the website by pro forma invoice (bank transfer, UPN/SEPA payment), credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Diners) or PayPal.

The payment deadline is 3 working days after receipt of the invoice. If the pro forma invoice is not paid at this time, the buyer is deemed to depart from the order.
Disclaimer of the contract and refund of goods
The buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase for goods made according to the exact instructions of the consumer and adjusted to his personal needs. The consumer has no right to refund online services, such as courses and online products (photos, graphics).
The validity of general business terms
General business is valid from 1 January 2020 until cancellation and can be changed without prior notice. At the time of purchase, the customer has the current text of the general terms and conditions of business.
Governing law
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to purchase agreement through negotiations between them. If the matter is not resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days of receipt of a written invitation to negotiate, the parties will refer the matter to the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
